DLP Property Management just keeps growing! Our most recent acquisition this month, Magnolia Trace Apartments, is a 144-unit apartment community located in Florence, the seventh-largest city in South Carolina. This newest addition to DLP’s rental portfolio is located in the northeastern part of the state, and it is not far from quaint eateries and bistros, the best entertainment, and excellent employment opportunities in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and medical industries.
The one- to four-bedroom apartment homes at Magnolia Trace are fairly priced, and each includes coveted features such as a dishwasher, high-speed internet access availability, and an air conditioning/heating unit. There are a number of unique amenities that come with being a resident of Magnolia Trace as well, such as two assigned parking spaces, water, and sewage included in the rental rate, onsite maintenance and laundry, and an easy 24-hour portal access to make online payments and place service orders.
“As an emerging company in property management, at DLP, our focus is on acquisitions in key Southeastern markets, which Magnolia Trace nicely rounds out. Florence is a great area, and we anticipate creating at Magnolia Trace a prime rental experience for our residents,” says Amy Barricelli, VP of Marketing, Leasing & Revenue with DLP Property Management.
With this recent acquisition, DLP Property Management now operates over 4,500 apartment homes in 36 properties in 27 cities across 8 states. Just as DLP has done with all of our properties, the property management team is working hard to make Magnolia Trace Apartments the ideal home for our residents.
